Top 10 Beauty Advent Calendars 2016

December is getting closer and closer, which means it’s that time of the year to find an advent calendar. I love christmas and I love advent calendars because they make me feel really festive, and above that who doesn’t like to get 24 little presents in one month?! So I’ve put together a list with my top 10 beauty calendars for 2016, to give you some ideas on what advent calendar to buy this year!

1. Diptyque

The Diptyque advent calendar is one of the most luxurious and, going along with that, also one of the most expensive beauty advent calendars on the market, but what you get inside is definitely worth it. The calendar comes with a mix of candles and fragrances, and even a few little skincare products.

2. The Body Shop

The Body Shop advent calendars are one of the most popular ones out there, so I definitely have to include them in my list. This year they came out with 3 different ones with different prices; the cheapest is €75,00 the middle one is €100,00 and the most expensive one is €115,00. I really like this because this way you can choose for yourself which one you want, depending on how much money you want to spend on it. The calendars come with a large variety of skincare products, makeup and body products, like their famous body butters.

3. Ciate Mini Mani Month

This advent calendar is all about the nails. It includes 18 mini paint pots, 1 full size, 1 mini treatment and 2 magical nail toppers. They are all packaged in individual boxes, which makes it a lot easier to open them. The box it comes in has this beautiful image on the front, which look super festive and cute!

4.  Lush 12 Days of Christmas

Christmas and Lush is the perfect combination. Lush always comes out with the best bath bombs, shower gels and what not around the Christmas season, and this year they also came out with this advent calendar. As the name already says, this advent calendar consists of 12 products. So start running that bath…

5. Yankee Candle

This is the perfect advent calendar for all of you candle lovers out there! This calendar comes with 23 yankee candle scented tealights and one votive candle.

6. Benefit Party Poppers

The Benefit calendar comes mainly with makeup, but also a few skincare products. All of the products are mini’s, but still the value of this calendar is great considering Benefit makeup is normally quite pricy. So this calendar is perfect if you would like to try out some Benefit products.

7. L’occitane

This calendar features a selection of the french beauty brand l’Occitane’s bestsellers in mini’s. It’s filled with 24 irresistible skincare, hair and body products.

8. Charlotte Tilburry’s World of Legendary Parties

The Charlotte Tilburry advent calendar is one of the more luxurious ones, which again is visible in the price. But Charlotte Tilburry is a very high quality makeup and skincare brand, so it’s definitely worth the money. It mainly includes best-selling products, in super cute travel sizes.

9. Tanya Burr’s 12 Days of Christmas

Blogger and vlogger Tanya Burr came out with her second advent calendar this year. This is one of the more affordable ones, which I really like because there are a lot of expensive ones out there already. This calendar is full of her own-brand makeup essentials.

10. ASOS Beauty Calendar

The ASOS advent calendar is a really diverse calendar because it contains skincare, makeup and haircare from a large variety of different brands, like Dermalogica, Elemis and Philoshopy. So this is perfect if you want to try out a lot of different beauty brands.

So here are my top 10 beauty advent calendars for christmas 2016. I hope this helps you out a little with finding the perfect advent calendar for you this year!
