I know how difficult it can be to eat vegan, especially if you’re very busy with school or work or life in general. Sometimes you just have those days when you’ve got absolutely no inspiration for what food you want to eat, and you’ve just got not time to put much effort into it. At least this is how I feel a lot of the time. So to help you out, I made a list of 5 super easy and quick vegan snacks that you literally can whip up in around 3 minutes.
1. Ricecakes with peanutbutter
Perfect snack for those with a sweet tooth (aka me), plus it fills you up quit well.
2. Toast with avocado
If you’re more into savory foods, this is perfect for you! You can even top it of with your favorite seasoning, for example some garlic powder or chili flakes.
3. Apple with peanutbutter
This is a good way to make you’re apple taste that bit better. You can even sprinkle some granola over the top for some crunch.
4. Carrots with hummus
Great snack for after school or work. It’s quit filling because of the vegetables and has a good amount of protein because of the chickpeas in the hummus.
If you didn’t know this yet, I’m so happy to tell you that oreo’s, in most countries, are vegan! Not as healthy as the other options above, but definitely delicious!
